All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other approved payment methods. All service charges are clearly stated at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
EXPLERA VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED provides visa assistance services. We are not a government agency and do not guarantee visa approval. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the respective government authorities. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents. Government visa fees are separate from our service charges and are subject to change without notice.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and all necessary travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. We are not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or insufficient travel documents.
All services provided by EXPLERA VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED are non-refundable. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed information on the terms applicable to your specific booking.
Any changes to bookings requested by clients may be subject to availability and additional charges. Airlines, hotels, and other service providers may change schedules, routes, or services. We will inform clients of such changes but are not liable for any inconvenience caused by third-party modifications.
EXPLERA VACATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers. We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure circumstances. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, arriving at airports, hotels, and meeting points on time, complying with all laws and regulations of countries visited, maintaining valid travel documents, following health and safety guidelines, and respecting local customs and cultures.
