Invitation Letter

Inviter's signing person details should be mentioned in the Invitation Letter as below:

• • Full Name as per ID in Chinese & English
• • Designation in Chinese & English
• • Signature in Chinese with Round Stamp
• • Date format should be in YYYY-MM-DD

Copy of the registration certificate of the Chinese Company

ID Card (Front and Back) of the signing person on the Invitation

GST Certificate (Whole copy)

New downloaded Aadhar Card A4 Size

Name in Aadhar Card and Passport must be same. If there is any difference between the name in both, proper Affidavit required for the same for Submission.
