Required Documents for China Business Visa
Two Passports (Current and Previous Old). If no previous old passport, then only Current Passport. If Old Passport is Lost, then FIR copy or should be mentioned on current passport.
Two Photos + One Digital Photo (Soft Copy in WhatsApp OR Email). Recent Clicked, 35x45 mm, White Background, Colour Clothing, 70-80% Face, Both Ears and Forehead Visible, No Border, No Spectacle, No Smile.
Two Indian Company Blank Letterhead with Sign and Stamp of Authorised Signatory at Bottom Corner Blank Space.
Invitation Letter - Inviter's signing person details should be mentioned as below:
- • Full Name as per ID in Chinese & English
- • Designation in Chinese & English
- • Signature in Chinese with Round Stamp
- • All Date format should be in YYYY-MM-DD
Copy of the registration certificate of the Chinese Company.
ID Card (Front and Back) of Signing person on Invitation.
GST Certificate (Whole copy).
New downloaded Aadhar Card A4 Size. Name in Aadhar Card and Both Passport must be same. If there is any difference between the name in both, proper Affidavit required for the same for Submission.
